Centennial House
The Law Office of Jon Louis Wilson is extremely fortunate to be able to welcome its clients to the historic 132-year-old Centennial House. The Centennial House offers our clients a unique and aesthetically pleasing atmosphere in which to discuss their legal matters.
Construction of the house, a Victorian mansion, began in 1874 and was completed in 1876. Originally known as the Alfred Tennant House, the building contains many original fixtures, including a magnificent chandelier in the main conference room, which was purchased at the 1876 National Centennial Exposition in Philadelphia.
As a result of the installation of the chandelier, as well as the completion of construction in 1876, a century after the country’s founding, the house was given the popular name The National Centennial House, which continues in use to this day. |
